Al'Fez Harissa Paste is a classic North African hot chili paste made with chili, tomato, and garlic. Traditionally used across Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, and Morocco, it adds heat and flavor to stews, soups, and tagines. This authentic blend of herbs and spices makes a delicious addition to a wide range of dishes. 

Ingredients:
Water, Tomato Purée (15%), Sugar, Paprika, Tomato Powder (4.5%), Rapeseed Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Maltodextrin, Salt, Garlic (1%), Cayenne Pepper, Chilli Pepper (1%), Star Anise, Coriander, Cumin, Concentrated Lemon Juice.

Uses:
