👩🍳 How to Make – Pepper & Garlic Chicken

1️⃣ Prep the Meat

Prepare ½ kg chicken and cut into thin slices or bite‑size pieces for even cooking. 

2️⃣ Season & Marinate

Empty the entire sachet of Lobo Pepper & Garlic Seasoning Mix over the chicken. Sprinkle a small amount of water, then soak and rub the seasoning thoroughly into the meat. 

Marinate for about 30 minutes to let the flavours absorb and create a tasty crust when frying. 

3️⃣ Pan‑Fry Until Golden

Heat a pan and add about 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Fry the marinated chicken over medium heat until cooked through and beautifully browned on the outside. 

Serve hot with steamed rice, salad or as a party snack; the mix also works well for pork, seafood or tofu, and can be used for grilling or air‑frying.
