Product Description
Lobo Spicy Big Wings Marinade Mix is a convenient dry seasoning created especially for large, meaty chicken wings. The blend of sugar, chilli, garlic, onion, white pepper and savoury soy-based seasonings gives your wings a beautifully glossy red colour and bold, spicy flavour.
Simply mix the sachet with a splash of water, marinate the chicken and cook using your preferred method to enjoy juicy, flavour-packed wings for snacking, parties or family dinners. Each pack is carefully balanced so even home cooks can achieve consistent, delicious results every time.

Sugar, spices (white pepper powder, garlic powder, onion), chilli, salt, modified tapioca starch, hydrolysed vegetable protein (soyabean, maize, maltodextrin), yeast extract. Contains soy and wheat/gluten.

How to Use
Marinating
- Prepare 700 g to 1 kg of chicken wings (less chicken = stronger, spicier flavour).
- Empty one sachet of Lobo Spicy Big Wings Marinade Mix into a mixing bowl. Add a small amount of water and stir to form a smooth paste.
- Add the chicken wings, then knead and mix well until all pieces are evenly coated.
- Marinate for 1–2 hours or, for best flavour, leave overnight in the refrigerator.
Cooking Options
- Bake (Oven/Halogen): Preheat to about 190 °C. Arrange wings on a tray and bake for 20–30 minutes, turning once, until cooked through and nicely browned.
- Fry / Shallow fry: Lightly coat marinated wings with wheat flour or tempura batter and fry in medium-hot oil until crispy and cooked inside.
- Air fryer: Place wings in a single layer and air-fry at around 180 °C, shaking the basket halfway, until golden and fully cooked.
- Microwave: Arrange wings on a microwave-safe plate, cover and cook at about 800 W for around 7 minutes, turning once, until done.
- Rice cooker: Put marinated wings in the cooker, press “cook” and let it switch to “warm”; leave for about 15 minutes to finish cooking through.
Serve hot with fries, salad or steamed rice for an irresistible party platter or family meal.
