How to Cook: Thai Stir-Fry Curry Chicken
1. Heat the Oil
- In a pan or wok, heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.
2. Cook the Paste
- Add the full contents of the Lobo Thai Stir-Fry Curry Paste packet.
- Stir-fry briefly until the paste is fragrant.
3. Add the Chicken
- Add about 200 g of sliced chicken (or your preferred protein).
- Stir-fry until the chicken is almost cooked through.
4. Add Water & Vegetables
- Add 2 tablespoons water (about 30 ml).
- Add 100 g of sliced long beans or mixed vegetables.
- Continue stir-frying until the chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Serve
- Serve hot with steamed jasmine rice for a complete Thai meal.
