WuFuYuan Black Sugar Flavor Tapioca Pearls are pre-cooked and dehydrated pearls that offer a springy, chewy texture, perfect for creating authentic bubble tea beverages at home. Ready in just 5 minutes, they are ideal for adding to milk tea, iced coffee, or desserts. 

Ingredients:
Tapioca starch (41%), water, corn starch (21.5%), coloring (E150d), thickening agent (E412), preservatives (E262, E202), flavorings.

Uses:
These tapioca pearls are perfect for making bubble tea, Thai iced tea, or iced coffee. To prepare, boil 10 cups of water for every 1 cup of tapioca pearls in a large pot. Add the pearls slowly into boiling water and stir lightly. Wait until they float to the surface, then cover the pot and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and let them simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Scoop out the pearls and let them rest in cold water for 20 seconds. Finally, drain and mix them with sugar or honey before adding to your beverage. 

Storage Advice:
Store in a dry place at room temperature. Once opened, keep the product sealed to maintain freshness.
